Now if you've already Microsoft account you can now login here,if you've not Microsoft account click Create one 



If you have email address,  Enter email address,or if you have not email address click Get new email address


Create your desire email address and click Next button


Enter your choice password and click Next button


Enter your First name, Last name and click Next button


Select your country and enter your Date of birth send click Next button

Click upper Right profile icon

Now see screen shot below



Enter your email address and click Next, you will see  next Page that enter your password and click next


Now click my profile 



Click edit profile



Enter your details and click save
